Terms and Conditions of Program
Rescue Response is a program designed to offer roadside service programs
free to its member. This program is sponsored by participating businesses. In
the situation a members vehicle is need of a tow, the vehicle can only be towed
from the disabled location, to a repair or service facility on the sponsored
list. All charges from program services rendered will paid by participating
sponsored business. A tow to non-sponsored business are available but is not
covered by this program and will have a charge for those services. Those prices
will vary and can be quoted by dispatch if needed. Fuel delivery does not
include the cost of gas. Currently this program is only covering the following
cities in Oregon; Portland, Clackamas, Tigard, Milwaukee, Gresham. Your
patronage to the sponsoring businesses is valued and appreciated. Upon the
members receipt of a tow service, the sponsored business must receive the
members vehicle and have care and custody until the vehicles service needs have
been met or have been quoted.
